       Windows operating system and could be available as early as 2025, according to a Reuters report, citing people familiar with the matter. Advanced Micro Devices Inc.

       is also planning to develop chips for personal computers using Arm technology. Nvidia declined comment on the Reuters report. Arm’s stock was up nearly 5% in trading Monday.
